Living in Marcy Park was a waste of my money and time. Not only does the managment suck, but they are very difficult to work with. i would strongly suggest looking someplace else, even if it costs a little more. It is a hassle to pay all your bills, since utilities are not included at all, and the location is actually quite far, especially during the middle of the winter. I can not express to you how difficult the management is and how strict they have become. The Caretakers of the apartment complex would literally walk around to the rooms and listen at the door to see if we sounded too loud. This is a horrible way to live during your college years. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

although I do not have a very smooth check-out with them, but I would say this comment does not make too much sense. You paid your utility, that is common in Minneapolis, and they provided internet and cable TV, which is not included in your rent by other places. And I believe most of the people prefer a quieter place than the author believe.
