I moved out after graduating. I lived here 18 months,taking a sublet in the summer of '05. We just got our statement for the deposit with most of the money returned, even though we did some damage. Management provided a very detailed list of the charges which were reasonable. My last landlord took all our money for a lot of bulls**t stuff. These people were cool. This plae was a good deal. Easy to walk to campus, mostly quiet except on weekends, and good parking. Owners on site. Worth it.
