Nice place, high price.

It's a nice apartment, but it also has a "nice" price tag. Convenient and close to campus; Friendly management. Be sure you DON'T sign a contract to have their "High Speed" Ethernet Internet service in your room -- call Qwest and install DSL. It's much faster and cheaper (plus you even get a landline phone!)
