I love my new apartment here at Marcy Park.It's close to campus but you don't have to deal with dorm life. This place is like your own apartment. Everyone seems so friendly here! I'm glad I moved here it's way ... more
I like the building, it is nice and new. They do provide a basic cable package which is nice to not pay for it. They charged too much for the rent and garage parking, but the building almost cost nothing ... more
LOUD, NOISY, TOO MUCH DRINKING IN THE HALLS, TAKES FOREVER FOR THE OFFICE STAFF TO GET BACK TO YOU....... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A KID.
