I moved in last September and have been very pleased maintaince requests are done immediately office staff is friendly I moved to downtown from Brooklyn Center and I like being able to walk to stores or restraunts they are furnished studios securtiy door

I still am living in a great clean older building and it is great clean washer and dryers always work maintance request are done in a timely manner
