I went to VISIT this apartment building when I was apartment hunting and I couldn't WAIT to leave. It smelled, it looked like it was pay-by-the hour and it just generally creeped me out. It was tacky and looked institutional in its decor and lay out. But if you want a cheap place in downtown Minneapolis, this might be for you.... Ick.
