What will pull you in is the location and the cheap rent, but let me warn you, if it's cheap you're paying it's cheap you get! The shower took a few turns until it worked, you had to literally push the toilet handle and oh my God it sounded so bad. The tiles started falling out, the walls started growing mold, the huge windows make it very cold in the winter, the heater doesn't help. The windows can't open, the counter space is so tiny that you have no room to prep food. Management is never in the office except for rent days, cause you know, they want the money. The elevator is totally unsafe, the hallways smell. It's perfect if you want to have roaches as pets. If you love late night phone call from the dial box, it's perfect. Strangers occasionally called me from the dial box. My lock on my door broke and i had to request several times to have it fixed and finally after weeks, not days, but weeks, it got fixed!
