Well worth the money if you get a two bedroom. The one bedrooms are too small - even for downtown. Assigned parking is available for a charge, and it is ample, well-lit and secure. Unassigned parking is also available for a fee, but it's hard to find spots if you come home late in the evenings or early mornings. The apartments are very quiet because they are made from concrete. Maintenance takes longer to fix problems than at my previous apartment where I paid 1/3 the rent I pay here.
