Best part of this complex is the thick concrete walls, which meant in two years I never heard any of my neighbors. I never experience a single problem with any of the staff. Maintenance was always prompt (less than two days for non-emergencies), and very courteous. The front desk staff was also top notch. I moved to Minneapolis from NYC and the Marquette Place does an excellent job of replicating the experience of a doorman building. I didn't use the amenities often. The pool seemed fine. The gym was passable for off days, but if you want to work out I recommend joining a gym. An added perk is the free continental breakfast served on weekdays. Even given the price I think the Marquette Place is a great value.
