the rent below is for a 2 BR, furnished, with parking and all amenities.
This is a great place to live if you're working on contract in the financial district or downtown retail (Nicollet Mall) area. Easy walk to work, much of it on the skyway. Pleasant staff (24 hour concierge). Great views, lots of amenities including in building dry cleaning/laundry pickup and package office. Not a single problem in the 5 months I've been here. No real "grounds" since this is downtown but there's a small park directly across the street.
