I love living at Marquette Place. The rent below is for a one bedroom apartment, secure/heated parking, standard cable TV, DSL service, and heat/ac/water. The amenities are great, including complimentary continental breakfast M-F, business center with free laser printer/fax, car wash stalls, pool, exercise equipment, saunas, and hot tub. The staff is great and maintenance issues are typically resolved within one day.
