Loud and annoying From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   If you live here be prepared to listen to the loud and repetitive beat of your neighbors rap music, and don't expect management to help with the noise problems. My neighbors would blast their music well past the "quiet hours" but after several complaints were filed with management, nothing was done about the problem. The building gets very cold in winter, especially when the thermostat is in the interior of your unit, and the windows are in the main room. The main room tends to stay about 10 degrees colder because of the windows, but since the thermostat is so far from the windows, it will not turn the heat on. Management is very hard to reach, and never respond to messages left.
