Mill City

This apartment complex is the best in which I've ever lived. We chose to live here after an exhaustive search for a two-bedroom apartment downtown, and truly believe you get the most for your money here.
First of all, the staff is AMAZING. Rose (the manager) and Arnie (the maintenence man) are extremely helpful and kind. They deliver packages directly to your apartment, handle most simple maintenence the next day, and are eager to do all you require. I have never lived at a place where they didn't question the need for any repairs. Really, one of the best perks of living here.
The apartments are clean and spacious, there is never a problem with noise, the location is amazing, and the parking situation (although extra money per month) is wonderful, with underground and above ground options that are NEVER full. Quick and easy freeway access and a $5 cab to downtown.
This neighborhood is still pretty quiet, with only a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. When the Twins baseball stadium opens, I imagine this neighborhood will blossum and become even more enticing.
I am ONLY leaving because I'm buying a condo, not due to any problems here. I highly recommend this apartment building.
