Pretty darn decent From: StJustus Date posted: 5/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Awesome if you're staff/student at the U, 8 minute walk to west bank. They've recently added hardwood floors to the kitchen/mini dining area and redone many cabinets so the apartments have a lot more sophistication to them. I've lived here twice, once in a 3BR/3Ba, and the heat in my room was questionable because of the ventilation system, but living now in an affordable 1 BR I'm not having these issues at all--my bedroom's the coolest area! Management is REALLY nice and they get stuff fixed promptly. Plenty of parking in the lot or pay-garage, and on the rare occasions the lot is full you can park just fine off-street nearby. I dug the place a lot.
