I just moved in to these apartments and am happy with my decision. The building is well taken care of and the units are newly remodeled. I have nice wood floors, a dishwasher, nice counters, a new bathroom, carpet in the bedrooms, and a ton of closet space. I haven't had any problems with noise (the light rail goes right by the building but that's about it). It's a great location for people who use the lightrail or just want to live a little out of town. Another nice thing is that there is laundry on every floor which is nice because you don't have to go down to the basement and haul your laundry with you.
The owner is very nice and I felt very comfortable when I first met him. He is easy to get a hold of. Also, there is a manager that lives on site and is very friendly and helpful.
As of now, I have no complaints. :-)
