JULY 2003: This was the hot hotel in the 20?s and 30?s and now it?s probably the best apartment value in downtown. The rents are on par with, to below, other buildings on the street. There?s a charming courtyard that goes unused most of the time. The staff is helpfull and respond fairly quickly to issues. The common areas are kept spotless and the large lobby is a nice treat to walk through with it?s marble floors.











Now to the problems: Some of the dog owners are VERY VERY rude and will not controll thier dog?s barking. The apartments are soundproof but the noise carries from open windows. Good luck parking, it?s a long waiting list to get a paid spot and parking is non-existant in the area.









UPDATED November 5th: Building is going downhill FAST. Section 8 is being alowed in to fill vacancies and crime/violence is skyrocketing! Tennants have been assulted, drunks have moved in, items stolen. Still some good tenants but getting worse. Good building has gone bad!!!
