3 years here and this place has gotten worse than I ever could have imagined. Since spring of 2003 the attitude seems to be "rent to anybody". I've seen drunks stumbling home at noon. One girl standing in front on a Saturday morning, holding a beer, screaming about "that (obscenity, racist word)" she had encountered. There was a group of kids running every floor and throwing rocks at passerbys on the street one night. There is a phone in the lobby that seems to be home (literally) for some VERY questionable characters. The "trash" tenants will let any person hanging outside in through the security door. Honestly when my lease is up I'm moving, this building IS NOT SAFE anymore!!! One long time resident recently got severly beat up by the guest of another resident. The police are called to the building so much that they frequently won't even respond for little crimes. The other reviewer is correct, managemnt will do NOTHING aobut problems except to say it's a "police issue" (WHICH THEY DON'T RESPOND TO ANYMORE!!!)

ONLY positive side: The men who do the actual work (repairs and such) are very nice and will make sure the job is done correctly before they leave. They realy try hard to help.
