Uggghh. Had I known that it would be like this, I would have not moved. On the good side, you can have a dog. The walls are solid, so you don't get to hear the Section 8 neighbors fighting and throwing things. And it is close to downtown.

Now the bad. Section 8. Drug dealers that live in the building that are not dealt with.

Parking. This alone requires its own section. If you look like a girl from The Boom Boom Room, you get a spot. This is given out by management preference. There are people that have lived in the building for over a year, and they are on "the list", but SEVERAL people that park in the back of the building have been there less than a year.

Bring the pepper spray if you come in after dark. You may run into homeless people that have snuck in, or are let in by people.

It isn't uncommon to see people sleeping in the lobby. One guy told me that "Well, it is a hotel."

I AGREE WITH YOU. I LIVED THERE FROM LATE 2002 AND MOVED OUT EARLY 2005-TO ANOTHER STATE!! THIS APT. BUILDING-WITH THE HELP OG OWNERS/MANAGEMENT ALLOWED THE PALCE TO BECOME A SECTION 8 WELFARE GHETTO/WHITE TRASH DUMP!!! MOST UNFORTUNATE-IT WAS NICE BEFORE 2002-AND THE SCUM STATRED TAKING OVER LITTLE BY LITTLE. YOU ONLY NEED A FEW TO MAKE A PLACE LOW-CLASS-AND IT WASNT SAFE THERE WITH ALL TH EDRUG-ADDICTS AND DRUNKS AND LOSERS AND --- TRICKS ROAMING AROUNG FROM LORING PARK. READ OTHER COMMENTS.
