-pot smoking in court yard

-loud music in apartments

-rude people who never say "hi" or smile

-home to unemployed who do nothing but stand in front of the building all day with thier noisy dogs

-waiting almost 1 year for electrical problem to be fixed

-residents let anybody in the security door
