I have lived in this bldg for almost three years now and I must say it is getting worse and worse every month. Irritating young kids that think it's okay to stay up until midnight or later on a Monday night screaming, slamming doors so hard that it wakes you up from a deep sleep, yelling in the hallway about all of the pot they just smoked etc. There are still people in this bldg that get up every morning and go to work. They say the walls are sound proof, but nothing could mask that. Parking is good, however some of the people that park around you are so inconsiderate that they scratch the hell out of your car and don't even bother to tell you. Most of the long time residents are nice, some are crabby. Youcan have a dog. Feel safe for the most part.
