Let me say one thing-I really don't understand why there are so many negative comments about this property!!

1. It is not the Management's issue for lack of parking...In Loring Park-the whole area is not "parking friendly". It is not Management's fault that many of the resident parking spots were taken away when they built the new "condos". I still live in the Loring Park neighborhood and it's the location!!

2. When I was living there, I thought that Management and Maintenance were great!! Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of!! Mark (the manager) was a great, down to earth guy!!

3. The studio I was in was just a little over-priced but was very quiet and nice.

4. When you live in an apartment building, your neighbors should be a range of different people. Remember, there are certain criteria that everyone has to go through to be approved to live there. But, I don't think that "trailor trash" live in the building.

5.People always seemed to take care of their dogs and cats in the building. No complaints here!!!

6. The only thing I would change is the person who monitors the parking area at night. He is rude!!!!

IN ALL DUE RESPECT-THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASSON WHY YOUR NEIGHBORS ' SHOULD BE A DIFFRENT RANGE OF PEOPLE..'. THEY CAN BE, BUT DONT HAVE TO BE. MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT 'GHETTO/WELFARE AND TRAILER TRASH' ARE NOT SPECIFICALLY REFERRING TO 'ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED PEOPLE: THEY ARE TALKING ABT 'CULTURALLY MARGANILZED PEOPLE', PETTY CIMMINALS, THUGS-HUMAN GARBAGE-THAT MAKE EVERYONES LIFE MISERABLE!! BUT IT IMPROVES THESE PEOPELS LIVES BECAUSE THEY GET AWAY WITH SO MUCH ----!!! STOP TRYING TO BE SOOOOO P.C.!!!

IN DIRECT RESPONSE TO cgmiguana: Well, I lived in the Loring Park area for 6 years (two different apartment complexes) and worked on same street for two years and had a great experience. I got to know a lot of people all over the neighborhood and never had a "bad experience". I never had a break in or felt "unsafe" at any time. I liked the diversity of people I met and wouldn't change a thing. I have no regrets! Maybe you should live in a GATED COMMUNITY in the outskirts of town. Sounds like that would suit you best.....
