I've lived here for about 1.5 yrs, great location, bldg full of character, and now if only the people with DOGS would LEAVE! There never used to be so many, almost everyone has a dog, 2 or more to a place and they're noisy, barking, the outside smells like pee. I'm a cat person and it's getting a bit crazy there. I like the city life here and the diversity and the character of the building but when the elevator goes down (often) it's a pain. Water went out for 5 days with no notice,totally unacceptable. Water pressure is erratic. But it's an old building so I can put up with it, but it's the dog owners that are really getting to be annoying. I love living in the city, but this place gets old after awhile if you're not a dog person. I wasn't told about this many dogs when I moved in, either, there weren't as many. Weird noises in the building, some say there are ghosts. If you want to have a party, some people complain, but then when they make noise they don't want you to complain.
