I have lived there for about a year and find the building and its manager quite lovely. The live-in maintenance crew, however, are mentally ill and wear frowns and scowls on their face wether working or just habitating. They make being amongst the neighbiors and hanging in common areas quite unpleasant at best. They frequently gossip and ----- about the other tenants to whom ever will listen. They, in fact, will probably drive me out if not replaced shortly.

The building and the other tenatnts are GREAT. Mr Tied, the owner/manager is wonderful and freindly. The views and overall location are not to be beat.
