I lived here for a year, and I really liked it. The apartments and grounds were kept clean. Most of the tenants were friendly. Noise was almost never a problem. It's super convenient--within walking distance to downtown (if you don't mind a little hike), or close to 94/35/394 if you're driving. There's also a bodega across the street. Parking in the garage was a little expensive but absolutely worth it. Parking on the street in Loring Park is pretty much impossible, so having a designated spot is a must. Maintenance crews were respectful and friendly, and usually very prompt. I never had any problems with any of the management or office staff. Some of the stuff in the apartment (blinds, closet doors, fixtures in the bathroom) were a little on the chincy side, and the building itself isn't amazing, but overall it was a pretty excellent place to live. If you're looking for a decently priced, average, quiet place to live then I would absolutely recommend Oak Grove Towers
