Good place to live

I lived here about 2.5 years. Quiet building as I never heard a peep from anyone above or to the sides of me. Underground parking lot is nice and there is ample parking in the outdoor lot. Kitchen and baths (I tend to notice them a lot) were well done and updated. The building is pretty new yet. The only thing I did not like was that there was no central air. In fact, I am not really sure I would ever live in a place with only window air again. (The AC unit in my apartment was not strong enough to cool on hot July nights). On the other hand, this place was always toasty (no drafts at all) in bitter February. I would recommend they install some ceiling fans to get some air circulation in the units.
Management was pretty good - no issues with them at all. They were easy to work with upon move out and were responsive. Nice people and reasonable about everything.
Overall...good place to live and I would recommend it.
