Arrogant management.

Stay away from this place. The management will never give the deposit back. Even if you use professional cleaner, they will say that everything is fine when they inspect with you but after few days they will come and say that there is some damage and will keep the deposit or try to charge if you are unlucky.

This isn't very true, I had a friend who moved out, the managment said his place was spotless and he was never charged, recieved his whole deposit back. So I am not sure what happened in this case, maybe the office assistant checked out the apartment and not the manager, and there was just some miscommunication...
