This building is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. It's not spectacular, but it is perfect for my current situation. I walk 10 minutes to work in the morning, many downtown bars and restaurants are within walking distance, Loring Park is 2 minutes away, I have a great view from the 16th floor, there is a pool, and there is free breakfast on weekdays. On the downside, while internet is included in all rooms, the connection is pretty slow, and the excercise room is pretty small and limited.

Also, if you work for Target, there is a discount on your rent.
