One Ten Grant is a very nice building with very nice apartments and a very nice staff. However, it
is also very, very expensive, and filled with very loud and very young adults. If you want to live in an over-priced dorm with loud music and partying coming through your walls every night of the week, this is the place for you. If you want to live with grown-ups who have to get up
and go to work every day, I suggest you look elsewhere. Also, in my mind, the amenities are not worth the price. The gym space is terribly small and under-ventilated, the internet connection is mind-numbingly slow and goes out if you sneeze, and the pool is mostly just a tanning area. The location is great, but does not make up for the expense or the noise of the other residents.
