Horrible value for way too much money...

This place is terrible. It's an old building and all of the appliances are ancient and will break...but don't count on a replacement or maintenance. There are 3 elevators for 33 floors, and they break...and then they will allow someone to reserve one of the remaining 2 to move, so the entire building will wait 20 (no kidding) minutes just to squeeze into one elevator. The laundry room usually has several machines out of order, and it is just lucky if you get a dryer that works. The rental office staff is rude and inconsiderate...they misspelled my name on every document they ever gave me, despite how it was written on the lease I signed and every check I ever gave them. The mailroom staff likes to see how much of your mail they can destroy while jamming it into your mailbox. The workout room is...well it barely qualifies. The internet is really slow but it's included in your rent, so no choice there...The parking ramp is fine, unless they decide to issue too many passes (like when the cast of a musical rents apartments), then you will have nowhere to park, regardless of the monthly rate you pay. All in all, this place is overpriced and underachieving. The location is great, but it doesn't make up for all of the other areas where this place comes up short.

I'm pretty sure I got the address and name of the apartment building I used to live at correct...thanks for asking. The thing about replacing the appliances with brand new stainless steel in "almost" every apartment is that it makes very little difference to the people paying comparable rates to use the old crap. I can't speak to the overall condition of every unit (although since you can, I assume you work there), only to what I experienced-which was a ripoff.
