I moved to Park Embassy a little over a year ago and after moving in was extremely disappointed with the management at that time. My apartment was not cleaned as promised and the manager was either never around or was too busy with her personal life to attend to the needs of the residents. There were issues with shady individuals wandering the halls, noisy parties, the smell of marijuana in the hallway, and buildings and laundry areas not being kept cleaned. At that time I would not have recommended anyone to move here.

Good news though Park Embassy is now under new management and has completely turned around and is a very nice place to live. The buildings are well maintained, clean, and the new management company is friendly and helpful and they make you feel like your happiness in your home truly matters.

If your looking for a spacious apartment at an affordable rental rate, Park Embassy is a great choice.

I agree. it was shady here at one time. It is a good place again. I have lived here for several years and the past management was not too aware of our needs and the quality of life. Never in the office and if they were I felt our small requests were not important. The management before and after them have always been good. So all in all this is a wonderful apartment community. It is the best location for UpTown, Down town and what they offer . it is a huge apartment and the extras they offer are hard to beat. I would say it is a good valu too. Margaret
