We moved in last summer, one thing that is very nice is the pool. They keep it very clean and very nice. We had a lot of issues with everything else just about. We could everything from above us, even toilets flushing- it was nasty. The people above us were very loud and I tried to tell management and I was told that I need to learn how to handle it since we lived on the first floor.

We also got in trouble for having a mini pumpkin on our porch- it wasn't rotten or anything, but they told me if I didn't remove it, they would and charge me for it.

My dishwasher leaked 3 times all over my floor and they blamed me (again!) saying I was using the wrong soap- uh, hello!' I use Cascade, I am not an idiot, I know what soap to use. We have our shower break, water leak through our ceiling twice, and had our towel rack fall from the wall. The floor wasn't even, so we had to put cardboard under our entertainment center so it sat correctly. You could look at the doors and floors in the bathroom and tell the floor was warped.

Talking with Pam in the office is like having someone talk to you like you are 2 years old and have no idea what you are saying. She is very rude and says she will charge you for everything. I would recommend finding somewhere else. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
