I have been living at Park Ridge for the last Year and a half. The location couldn't be more convenient for me to get to work. I was happy to find out when I moved in that this building is quiet at all hours of the night. Managment is always reachable and promptly returns calls and maintenance maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. At the end of the day the last thing I want to worry about is issues at my apartment. Been there, done that.

I'm usually not the type of person who goes out of my way to give out praise but there is so much negativity in the world and they totally continue to meet my expectations. I highly reccomend this building and management deserves a pat on the back.

PS. I love all the updates around the building lately!!!
