I moved into Park Terrace in 1995, into a small studio....Just starting to get my life back together. I stayed in the studio for 6 years then moved into a small one bedroom. In 2004 I moved into the largest one bedroom available (over looks downtown and Loring Park....my friends are jealous of the view).

I must say the price (and I've done my homework), location, and amenities are right on the money. From the helpful staff, the timely maintenance requests, the constant improvements to the property (visually and services), and friendly neighbors....I'm glad to call this my home.

Loring Park is full eclectic individuals and that makes this historic neighborhood ever changing. I found I'm close to everything (due to the central location). Public transportation stops right in front of the building; the building offers a protected bike rack in the garage for residents, preferred cab and shuttle service, and two different options for parking. What more could you ask for'

Park Terrace even offers a Concierge to assist with making a residents stay more enjoyable. From grocery delivery, to errand running, tickets to the theatre, dry-cleaning service, and on and on.... The concierge evens does a free breakfast for the residents as they go off to work, once a month.... I loved that!

Rest assured you will get to know your neighbors with national night out, resident holiday parties, ice-cream socials and other events to make you feel like youre a true neighborhood.

I'm surprised that I have stayed so long (10 years) but when you're home, youre home....
