I have lived at Park Terrace Apartments for the past six years and it is one of the cleanest, safest, and quietest places I've ever lived in my life. Gary (the maintenance man) is the most efficient I've ever seen. I ask and I receive, usually the same day. And Sandra the manager listens to every complaint/compliment I have with the same seriousness.

Maintenance was ok- I never got same day respones, but usually within a couple days. But one of the quietest places ever? Uh, not a chance. This is by far the loudest place I've lived in my life, and that's the #1 reason why I moved out. I also know of at least 2 others who recently moved out for that one reason.
