I didn't have any problem with noise, but I was lucky enough to get my studio between a stairwell on one side, and my walk in closet and another person's walk in closet on the other side...it also helps that I was on the 9th floor and had nobody above me to stomp around.
My only real complaint is that heat may be included, but they wait until the very last moment to turn it on so that you can control...the building also feels quite stuffy for some reason, the air is very thick with poor ventilation.
Parking is also an issue, $85 to park in the garage...$65 to park in the lot...that is if they even have spots available which is rare. There are 2 visitor parking spaces you must reserve weeks in advance...and off street parking in Loring Park is such a hassel.
Also, the elevators are constantly broken down...a friend of mine even got stuck in it!
This is however one of the more affordable places to live in trendy Loring Park...you get what you pay for...
