I have been at the Park Terrace for 6 months and have no complaints. I don't have any problems with noise except for the occational door slam. My studio was very clean with new carpet when I moved in. The staff has been helpfull whenever I needed them. The two time I needed something fixed in my apartment, they were taken care of right away.

PARK TERRACE HAS BUGS!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THEY WONT REPLACE A THING!!!! PAYING 800 - LIVING 80.
