I have lived in many different apartment buildings in my life. The maintenance on this building is much better than the average rental. The noise levels are minimal; I have had no noise problems with neighbors. My view from the top floor is phenomenal. Living downtown is great and I can have my groceries delivered for the cost of a tip to the delivery person. Winter has just started and my heating is more than adequate. The only negative is an air conditioning system that cannot keep up with the heat beating down on the roof above me in the summer.
