i have to agree with the first review, all seems well at first but it goes downhill...fast. I ama current resident hoping to move when our lease is up but have been here for almost 2 years. First off, the DEA came in one day and busted my ghettop neighbors with bullet proof vests, drug dogs and guns. That was fun. Also just the other day i caught a latino peeping in my kitchen window when the blinds weren't shut completely, when i saw him he acted like he was looking for something on the ground....right. Also, no dogs are allowed, except if you simply don't follow the rules like the people living next to us. They have a chihuahua that runs around outside, i told management about it bc it would hang out on our patio and bark and they said they've told them to get rid of it but they won't. So they didn't pursue it further. Mangagment doesn't listen when you ask them to fix things either. My purse was stolen out of our apartment (during the morning) when my bf left the patio door unlocked when he left for school. I was scared that whoever stole it would come in since they had my keys. When i told managment he treated me like i was an idiot and they still have not come to change the locks! luckily soemone found my purse in the bushes and my apartment keys were still in there but managment doesn't know that and they never cam to change the locks. Also, the manager is hardly ever around so when you do need him you can't find him. When our lease was up the first year we were going to move bc rent was going up, managment said they wouldn't up our rent if we stayed. Fine. But magically now we have a mysterious utility fee even though utilites are free! plus he gave our info to excel energy and now we've been getting a bill from them as well, funny we didn't the first year we lived here! Mangament is shady and terrible, walls are paper thin, neighbors are sketchy, appliances are old and often have problems that just get patched mot fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone! im looking for new apartments right now actually!
