I love living at Pinnicle, the pools and spas are open 24/7, and the staff is great! it is a very relaxed building where you tend to meet and know your neighbors. it is close to downtown, but feels like the center hub of a quiet residential neighborhood. there are 3 rooftop plazas where birds gather (not just pigons either)were talking owls, sparrows and even the occiasional eagle, overall I give this building a 10 rating! it is however going co-op, so if you want to live here you'd better do it soon
