I love living here!! I'm not sure why the other reviews are so bad. There was a fire once in someone's apartment, but that's not the building's fault, and we were told what happened and we let in an hour later! They repainted everything (damaged from smoke) and made it look as good as before. We live on the third floor in an apartment with vaulted ceilings. The only reason we are moving is because we want to be closer to Minneapolis and get a dog. Our friends & family are always happy to come over and are impressed with our apartment! The pool and hot tub are so nice and people are respectful if you come in and want to use it as well. I never hear my neighbors and the walls seem pretty insulated between apartments. Of course, there is the occasional noise in the hallway, but nothing to really complain about. If there was a problem with the apartment fixtures, maintenance would fix it quickly and leave a note of what they did. The office staff is very nice and cares about its residents. Ex. When using Bill pay, we didn't realize that the rent check was being delivered late every month, and when we explained what was happening, they waived all the late fees! The kitchen doesn't have drawer big enough for the silverware tray, so we found a more creative way of storing silverware!
