I've lived here for 2 years now and for the most part I really like this complex. I've never really had many complaints, aside from noisy neighbors, but that isn't necessarily the fault of the management company. There are some issues with bugs, but nothing major. I've had silverfish in my bathroom for 2 years, but usually only during winter and it's nothing too bad. Fruit flies are bad in the summer. I've complained to the landlord before about this and she told me it must be something in my apartment. I searched high and low for a source and found nothing. Several other people living around me have complained as well, so, could just be the building. Rent is slightly ridiculous, but that's just because you're paying to live in the Plymouth area. It really is a nice building. Every maintenance issue I've had has been taken care of rather quickly and without much badgering. The management is nice enough, although I wouldn't get too cozy with them, especially the woman who works during the week at the rental office - she is a bit strange and if she doesn't like you, it could be problematic. One complaint I do have is the laundry room has had a crappy dryer in it for the entire time I've lived here and despite numerous complaints, has not been replaced. I take my laundry elsewhere. Overall, it is a nice building, the apartments have plenty of space, and I would recommend it as a nice, safe place to live.
