Well it is one of the cheapest places in the cities to live but you get what you pay for. Four washers and dryers for each building and the laundry room is only 'open' certain hours. Zane is always zipping with police. Apartment entered numerous times without prior notice. Brown water at times. Horrible plumbing system. Hot water goes out a lot with no notice and generalized gas problem. Dilapidated courtyard area and parking lot. Lots of nearby crime and in the winter the doorways of buildings are used to stay warm in while drugs sold.
