There is garbage in the halls and parking lots, and yard. I saw some staff cleaning when I moved in but they apparently gave up months ago. The halls smell like feces. There were people loitering outside all night when it was warm out. Now they loiter in the halls. Also there are always cars pulling up outside the building and playing their music so loud you can hear it inside. The police are here once a week and I have had to call 911 myself when I heard a women being assulted in the hallway. They let the snow pile up for a week once before plowing and then made everyone move their car to plow a quarter of an inch another time. Overall this place is scary and a dump.
