I have lived here for 3 years now. The first year and a half was alright, but has gone down hill since. When ever there used to be a problem it was fixed, most times same day! But for the last three years I've been waiting for my apartment to get finished with the remodelling (i.e. new cabainets, and countertop, or that annoying hole above my shower.) Now with the new management nothing gets fixed, nor do they post signs about anything going on with the building. Last summer they let a bunch of partiers into the building, they would be outside yelling and scream until 3-4 in the morning. That was really annoying and management acted like they didn't know about it, even after the third complaint about my apartment smelling like marijuana from them smoking it all night. This even went on during the daytime. So it makes me wonder if the management of this building lost their sense of smell'

O man what apartment do you live in? Because I lived there in 2006-07 and all we did was smoke pot day and night and party till 3-4 in the morning yelling and screaming. Don't worry I don't live there anymore.
