Management a wreck

The landlord lost one of our first rent payments and demanded that we pay a late fee. The stairwells, hallways and entryways are poorly lit. The parking lot is dark and does not feel safe. The laundry facilities are broken more often than not. Management has been slow to respond to any repair ticket.
