I have lived at Remington for 3 years, I'm really upset that every body has bad things to say,I it was a 1 year ago I would say you are right,but the new manager is very nice and the maintenance man Juan is great he fixes every thing right away, he is always making sure the building is clean, the yard, come on we never had flowers or the building never smelled good when Matt was the manager, sorry Matt you really sucked.And the lady in the B building, you should of cleaned your apartment Ok,Mrs Wolfe you are great and the building is great and collage students sorry to say you need to clean your place, thats all.

So after a few horrible(honest)reviews, Yolanda gets her buddies, or makes a fake account herself to boost the ratings on this site. Nice. I'm contacting the webmaster to check the IP addresses of this influx of good reviews and comments that have appeared suddenly. Considering the fact that the rest have been BAD and that *EVERY SINGLE TENANT* hates the new remington management and it's complete lack of professionalism. Also, landlords are not allowed to respond to comments. This is for tenants only, to inform us of shady, lazy apartment companies. If a landlord joins and posts a bunch of fake reviews and comments pretending to be a tenant then people who search this site for a new place to live won't know which apartment companies they should avoid at all costs, like Remington.

Definitely the same person. It's funny to read, but at the same time it's really upsetting. No resident would be that upset about bad reviews. Not only that, but whoever is writing has the same writing style... and bad grammar in places.
