Do not live here, the management sucks and if you ever need anything fixed it takes weeks of bugging them for them to get someone to fix it. There is one maintenance guy for 100 units and he doesn't speak engish. good luck getting your stuff fixed. There are cops somewhere in the building every other day and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and you are forced to vacate. I've paid rent ON TIME for the last 3 months and have gotten notices each month saying i haven't paid it. Goes to show how unorganized they are. They also didn't cash my security deposit until 2 months after i gave it to them. Watch your mail carefully because there is a mail theif and management and cops have been notified and no one does anything. The halls stink all the time, they are dirty and are never cleaned. The washers and dryers hardly ever work and use a bunch of coins for one dry. Shady people come in and out of the building all day long and you need 3 diferent keys to get in the building cuz all the door locks are keyed differently, it's a pain. thank goodness my 6 month lease is up soon.

Completely agree! Most unsafe, nasty place in Minneapolis. The cops are constantly here. It is very loud. I've called the cops three times on my neighbors for being loud and domestic violence and yet the landlord still does not kick them out. I'm scared there is a meth lab above me, the people are alcoholics and fit the part of meth addicts. The windows are all slit from people trying to break in, we cant EVER leave our windows open. Stinks in hallways from all the dogs. They never clean the stairwells. It's very dark and eerie in the hallways.
