For $690 a month, it is NOT a "good deal". The parking in the back of the building is a joke: anyone with a pickup truck is screwed. Does management care' Not when the manager gets to park his motorcycle AND Escort in two different spots that could accomodate larger vehicles. His response when i asked if i could move spots was "i don't have anything open, so do your best to park in the spot given to you". With that, i ended up clipping the car next to me by accident, so there goes my car insurance on the rise. On top of that, the person to the other side of me complained that i always parked to close to her car. I had no choice! There was nowhere to park in the street and if she paid attention to the lines painted on the pavement, it would be a different story. BUT if you drive a --- Metro, you're ok. Whack away.

Also, you can hear your neighbors breathe. Horrible place. If you do decide to live there, watch for the previously mentioned landlord: he is normally drunk/stoned day in-day out. Nice. I thought Bigos Management was better than that.
