A little pricey, yes. But great neighbors!! (If you like that kind of thing and enjoy being social.) If you don't mind a little noise, it is GREAT! I'm a late night worker myself, so I didn't much mind the noise, but made some great friends at my stay there. If you are and early riser, I may not recommend it. But the pool is great plus and so are the neighbors. Exercise room and $10.00/month parking is very reasonable for this part of town. As well as $15.00/month storage-lockers available. (Other places I have looked at were charging $40-$100 /month for off-street parking. You may however get a few door dings in this lot, they have tight spots, there may also be a waiting list.)
