River Gate Apartments

Affordable Downtown Living From: ewestar Date posted: 3/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I was extremely happy living at Rivergate. The price was very affordable, the building was well taken care of and the office staff was very pleasant and helpful. I could never hear my neighbors, but I could hear a lot of noise from the street. All of my appliances were brand new, and maintenance fixed problems very quickly. There is very little available guest parking, especially during hte winter, but there is a garage attached for residents for a small monthly fee. All utilities were included in the the rent. I was very happy at Rivergate.
